As President of Chief Engineering, Casey Shockey brings more than a decade of hands-on engineering experience to industrial and manufacturing clients across the region. A licensed Professional Engineer with a specialty in HVAC-R, Casey is known for his expertise in combustible dust mitigation, bulk solids handling, and structural consulting. He founded Chief Engineering with the belief that industrial firms deserve partners who are willing, innovative, relentless, respected, and reliable — the very values that guide his leadership and every project the company takes on.
As Chief Operating Officer of Chief Engineering, Shaun Sipe is the engine behind the firm’s operations, team leadership, and project execution. With a career rooted in industrial engineering and a passion for building high-performance teams, Shaun ensures every client engagement is grounded in precision, responsiveness, and results. He’s known for his ability to translate big-picture vision into day-to-day action, always bringing a level-headed, relentless approach to solving complex challenges.
